اھو گهڻ مِٺاستي جو ھڪ ٻيو اصطلاح آھي. مِٺاڄو مفت خورن ھٿان آزاد ٿي انهن کي جسم جي مدافعتي نظام مان نڪرڻ جي مدد ڪري ٿو.

اصطلاح مِٺاڄو ۽ گهڻمِٺاستو IUPAC جي ھم معنا طور بيان ڪري سگهجي ٿو جنھن جو مطلب بيھي ٿو.

مِٺاڄو کي متضاد جيوحياتياتي ڪارج آھن جيڪي انهن جي ناڀ تيزابن ۽ پروٽينن کان مختلف ٿين ٿا. مِٺاڄا مِٺاستا آھن جيڪي خامري مرحلي ذريعي حياتياتي ماليڪيولن جي مختلف نمونن سان ملي سگهن ٿا جنھن (مرحلي) کي انهن جي ڪارج کي وڌائڻ واري مِٺوخيت (انگوري کنڊ ٺھڻ جو عمل) سڏجي ٿو.
