1. هڪ لوهار جو ، سؤ سونار جو
One strike of Blacksmith is worth hundreds of a Goldsmith.
It implies, don’t plunge into petty gains and always aim for great objectives and exalted goals.
2. ڀلي ولو پر دڳ ڀلو
Better to take a long detour but tread on a smooth path.
It implies to endure pains and difficulty but be honest and straight forward to achieve the goal.
3. ڀاڙين جي آسري کوھ نہ کڄندا
Don’t rely on cowards and lazy while digging wells.
It implies, a coward will ditch you in the time of difficulty.
4. ڪتو ڇا ڄاڻي ڪڻڪ جي ماني مان
How can a dog appreciate a loaf of bread.
It implies… don’t give unnecessary importance to a person of low caliber.
5. ڏاڍي جي لٺ کي ٻه مٿا
A stick of powerful has two heads.
