گِگاڇو Conjunctiva 💎اصغر ساگر💎

گِگاڇو صاف گگي پردو آھي جيڪو اک جي اڳئين تھ جي حصي ۽ ڇپرن جي اندريين تھ کي اوڍي ٿو. ھن جا 2 کُپا (ڇلا) آھن.

بَصري گگاڇو        Bulbar conjunctiva

گِگاڇي جو ھي حصو اکاڇي اک جي اڇاڻ کي اوڍي ٿو. بَصري گگاڇو پوتلي ۽ اکاڇي جي وچ ۾ حد بند ٿئي ٿو. اھو پوتلي کي نٿو اوڍي. ھن کي عيني گگاڇو بہ سڏجي ٿو.

ڇَپري گگاڇو     Palpebral conjunctive

ھي حصو ٻنهي مٿين ۽ ھيٺين ڇپرن جي تھ کي اوڍي ٿو. ڇپري گگاڇي جو ٻيو اصطلاح ڄاري گگاڇو ٿئي ٿو.

The conjunctiva is the clear, mucous membrane that covers part of the front surface of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids. It has two segments:

Bulbar conjunctiva. This portion of the conjunctiva covers the anterior part of the sclera (the "white" of the eye). The bulbar conjunctiva stops at the junction between the sclera and cornea; it does not cover the cornea. The bulbar conjunctiva is also called the ocular conjunctiva.

Palpebral conjunctiva. This portion covers the inner surface of both the upper and lower eyelids. Another term for the palpebral conjunctiva is tarsal conjunctiva.
